Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These terms cover your use of this pre-launch MikaMou website and the early-access list. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Who we are
This website is run by MikaMou, an independent project preparing for launch. The person responsible for this site is Ch.Parlatas, Ivis 4, 2311 Nicosia, Cyprus. You can reach us at info@mikamou.app. Once our company is formally registered, we will name it and its registered address here.
2. The early-access list
Joining the list is free and simply asks for your email so we can send launch news and, if you choose, invite you to a beta. It does not create a paid account and does not guarantee access to the app, a place in any beta, or a launch on any particular date. Features and pricing described here may change before launch.
3. Information on this site is not advice
MikaMou explains cosmetic ingredients and perfumes using published sources. Anything shown here or in the app is for general information. It is not medical, dermatological, or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or avoid any product. For a health concern, speak to a qualified professional.
4. Our content
The text, design, logo, illustrations, and other material on this site belong to MikaMou and its creators, or to their licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share links to the site. You may not copy, resell, or reuse its content without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, and no submitting other people's data without their permission.
6. No warranties
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law and your rights
These terms are governed by European Union law and, as our home base, the laws of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your own country and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing here limits your rights under EU consumer-protection and data-protection law, including the GDPR.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
